Intended for college communities. You must be 16+ and follow applicable laws and campus policies.
User Content
You’re responsible for your posts. No illegal content, threats, doxxing, harassment, or IP violations. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content.
Ephemeral Boards
Boards reset about every 24 hours. We keep limited backend records up to 90 days for moderation and accounting.
Paid Posts
Payments are processed by Stripe. See Refund Policy.
Content Removal & DMCA
We comply with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512). See Takedown Policy.
Service Changes
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. Provided “as is.”
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the prior 3 months.
Governing Law & Venue
Delaware law; venue in St. Louis County, Missouri courts.
